Versatility to Print & Enclose
We strive to be able to machine fill as many jobs as possible. So, when selecting our range of envelope enclosing lines, we have different types of machines. All have different capabilities but with many overlapping features so there is never a single point of failure. We can enclose into envelopes from C6 to C4, and we have a range of feeders that include friction and swing arm that means we can handle a wide range of insert types.

Using envelopes for your direct mail piece allows you to achieve the best postage rates. We use barcode technology to utilise the savings available on postage without having to deflect the message from the mailing piece ensuring the contents are doing what they should be doing whilst we make you the savings on the postage.
From C6 to C4 our high-speed enclosing machines gets the job done professionally and efficiently.
Hand Enclosing
Ink Jetting
If the message on your mail piece is short, then a postcard is the most cost-effective way to send it. There is no finishing or fulfilment required other than trimming to finished size, and there are no open edges so postcards can meet some of the cheapest postage prices.
As well as postcards we can personalise outer envelopes and a variety of mailers in various fonts to give your mail piece the desired effect.

With various quirks within mass mailings, such as text drop-ins on your personalised mailings, we use high speed laser printers to accommodate your projects
Our equipment is capable of personalising any size up to A3 in full colour, or black and white, simplex or duplex.
Our personalisation services include: Letters Forms Statements Questionnaires Postcards leaflets Posters Base stationery and much more.
Tabbing
Standard examples are 4, 6 and 8pp mailers which are creased, folded, and sealed with a clear perforated tab by machine. With die cutting and print finishing all in house there are plenty of options for you to create something more distinctive and unusual as your one piece mailer.
Polywrapping
Wrapping your mail piece in clear polythene allows the recipient to see the pack contents before opening which can be advantageous. Polythene is more suited to publications which are wrapped and sealed securely by our enclosing machines.
Our polythene is also fully recyclable.
